Hi, my name is Danni I met Carly on a yoga teacher training last year, instantly I formed a soul connection with her. I found such comfort in her grounding charismatic presence. The more we worked together in the classroom I really noticed and was inspired by her commitment and dedication not just to yoga but life in general. She gives her whole heart and soul to everything she does and also holds such a warm loving space for people in a very genuine and effortless way. She is such a gift to this world and I feel really blessed to have had this special time with her.

Carly is a lovely bundle of energy who talks from the heart and is very real.
I met her during our Reiki training and was immediately struck by her lovely and limitless energy.
I have done some of her online yoga classes which have really ignited my interest in Yoga and helped me ease into it.
I follow her on Instagram and Facebook and love her wee videos of doing random things from making smoothies with her kids for health and wellbeing to dancing in her back garden to keep her vibes high
She speaks from the heart and doesn’t hide how she is feeling and that really helps me as I feel OK about having bad days too.
She offers inspiration, and chances to learn little nuggets to help you through everyday life.
She is a fresh breeze, and although I live too far away to attend her classes, she has still managed to help me and have an impact.

I met Carly on the Isle of Lewis when I was home nursing, my Mum through her cancer treatment. At this point, Carly offered one-on-one sessions, and in her yoga room that looked out over the sea, you could practise yoga for half-an-hour followed by a half-hour massage. This was in many ways, a lifesaver for me. I was worried, stressed and tired during this period in my life because of the severity of my Mum's illness. Yoga followed by massage for an hour once-a-week was my time to myself, my recharge. Carly helped and supported me through this challenging time as it is easy to practise yoga with her; she is open, considerate and caring. Carly embodies what yoga practise is all about. I can ultimately be myself with her and her yoga room and how she presents her sessions always felt like a safe, comforting space. I felt particular benefit from her yoga kundalini sessions. I attended her group classes too, these were also rewarding. As I live in Ireland, I hope that her new website means she'll be doing more sessions online...

Smiling Bright Carly
I met Carly at my reiki advanced level 2 class. I would never forget the day I met her, she had a striking resemblance to friend I had a business with that end awfully, so meeting this woman with her incredible energy and positivity, it healed a very painful past trauma for me. This woman is an incredible light to our world... I always see her smiling and you know in her heart that she’s pure loving energy.

I met Carly nearly 20 years ago in a gym in Ayr . Her beautiful bubbly personality and sweet spirit was so contagious. We have stayed close friends over the years and shared happy and sad times between us. Through adversity I always have seen her rise and lift herself and want to help others do the same . She is hard working and so determined . From physiotherapist with the rugby club too now an amazing wife , mum and Yoga teacher and motivator. I love all the videos she shares with tips on better mindfulness, yoga workouts, eating better or smoothie making . She is a beautiful person inside and out . You are such a commited person. When you decide that you are doing something you commit your whole self fully to it. Whether it's relationships, family, health, yoga, there are no half measures...you give all. I really admire that.

You are humble and open, never scared to show your vulnerabilities and that makes you so genuine and sincere.
You are a safe place for others because you wear your own heart on your sleeve. You don't judge and are always open to hearing the thoughts and views of others. Humility is hard to find in humanity and it is one of theeee most important character traits and you have it... I just love that about you.

Carly is the most connected person I know..to her own thoughts and feelings but also to others around. She can bring intense energy into your being but also total calm.
When I was overdue with my baby and feeling overwhelmed and worried Carly sensed it and out of the blue messaged with some support and ideas for how I could ground myself and connect with my baby. ll be never forget how she was able to sense when I needed her help the most and the time she took to help me.
She's truly a free spirit with such a kind and happy soul.
